We would like to inform you, in collaboration with the IT department, that we have scheduled the shutdown of the old CH tool. This tool will be completely replaced by the new CH tool integrated into the PIM system.

The old CH tool will be permanently closed on January 30, 2025.
Starting from January 31, you will create new Case History entries on the new platform.
All data on the old tool will be saved to preserve historical records.
